"OldTape01_B11 (~1985->1992) Hardcore Punk, sXe, HxC, NYHC, Youth Crew, Crossover, Noise. Big Thxxx 4 Ur Help ;)"
They didn’t provide any additional information about the song. The snippet was only 30 seconds, the maximum length of a WZS post, and the OP went inactive before they posted a longer snippet. The song was most likely recorded off of an unknown radio station.
