The first snippet played 38 minutes and 36 seconds in. With a second snippet playing 1 hour, 8 minutes, and 55 seconds into the video.
On June 25th, 2023. NY80sTapes would upload the song onto WatZatSong. The OP said the he could barely interpret the lyrics and what he could make out of is:
"I'm Where The Mole Will See the Skies"
On September 1st, 2024. MaxManyMix, a user who is known for solving NY80sTapes songs, identified the song as The Lesson by Band Apart.
