The first known mention of the song is from a YouTube video posted on July 17th, 2007 by user JerRawR. The video included two people singing their own version of the song.
On November 19th, 2007, the song itself was used as a remix on the YouTube video "Chicken Wing, the REMIX" by user "JWolf Inner-Tain-Meant". This is the earliest known instance of the song’s audio.
From the comments of the video, JWolf claims the song originated from an MP3 file of a woman singing accompanied by an image of an obese woman. This concept was sent around cell phones from an email a year prior to the video.
It was then used in a flipnote meme, eventually spreading to TikTok and becoming a Fortnite emote.
