The Cat’s Ham is an unidentified instrumental chiptune song.

The song was posted to WatZatSong on January 10th, 2022, by user Laerryjims. They said it came from a file with no information, and would like to know "either original or what it is based on."
Two days later, the OP posted the full version of the song to Vocaroo[1]. When asked where they got it from, the OP said:
"Yes, it originally was a MIDi file. It is played through 400MB SoundFont (which gives it all the fancy instrument sounds). Origin is unknown. May have gotten it ~15 years ago[2]. Whatever site that was, high possibility it is gone now. MIDi may aswell be created in the 90's. I don't even have the original filename."[3]
On July 31st, 2023, user Q reuploaded the song to YouTube, and the description mentioned that it is most likely a chiptune cover of 新时代轻音乐团 - 月半小夜曲.
