The song was posted to WatZatSong on February 5th, 2013 by user musicflame. They said the song came from a magnetic tape recording.
On January 9th, 2022, the OP came back and posted a longer snippet of Vocaroo. The OP said they theorized the song was Italian.
On November 5th, 2023, the song was identified by user EvanC015 as Terra (Kick Mix Extended) by Pump.
