The song was posted to WatZatSong on October 27th, 2016, by user TipoDual. The song was recorded directly off of a Russian mall’s radio.
On November 14th, 2023, TipoDual posted the full song to Vocaroo after user MistaEgg asked for it, but it was slightly low quality, having a a lot of echo.
A month later, on December 14th, 2023, the OP posted a high quality version to YouTube, giving it the placeholder name "Take It Home".
Over time, the song was reuploaded to YouTube by several users, such as MistaEgg, Aero, Q, Ofrix, S2h, and multiple others, amassing over 5k views.
2024[]
On September 20th, 2024, Discord user Isle7 brought up the possibility of the song being Take It Home by Ribkat after finding a copyright registry, due to his voice sounding similar.
Also, Ribkat is behind the formerly unknown song Let ‘Em Know, a song from the same OP that was theorized to be by the same artist as this song.
The song was licensed from BOK Music to multiple TV shows, such as G’s To Gents, Peak Season, and Lincoln Heights. But nobody could find any episodes that included the song.
On December 9th, 2024, the song was fully identified as Take It Home by Ribkat after Discord user Alan contacted Ribkat and he confirmed it was by him.
