On March 12, 2024, a sample of the song was originally posted onto WatZatSong. Shortly after the post, it was uploaded onto YouTube. The OP had claimed the song was recorded on the German Radio Station "rias2" and proposed it could be a popular hit back in the 80s.
Several days before identification there was a proposal of the song being made by the band Rapid Design. But it was later confirmed not to be made by them.
On April 1st, 2024, the song would be identified as Keep On Believing by the band, Endgames.

Hold On is a song posted onto WatZatSong on the June 5th, 2024, and was recorded in 1997 by kepic54, which was later revealed to be "Hold On" by Le Pore.
History
Some time in 1997, this song was played on a rock-based radio and was recorded by kepic54. On June 5th 2024, kepic54 would post a 22 second snippet onto WatZatSong. During this time, he was asked the usual questions like "Longer sample?" and such. After a bit of digging, he found a 4 minutes and 7 seconds long snippet of the song in his closet. However, it's a different recording to 22 second snippet, despite having the exact same part of the song within them. As of this time, not a lot is known about the song. On 3rd of July 2024, kepic54 would reveal that the song was recorded from a rock-based radio station. On the 5th of July, kepic54 revealed he has another song which is likely by the same artist as Hold On, the song in question being "Only The Lonely People". On July 10th 2024, Both songs Lonely People and Hold On were Identified by Weston as "Only the Lonely People - Le Pore" and "Hold On" by the same artist.

In July 17th 2024, Lostwave's Unfinest uploaded the song to YouTube, claiming to have discovered it on a compilation titled Never Mind The Bootleg CD 3, which was labelled within "Bastard Pop" on Internet Archive.
5 days after the post, it was confirmed by Yahavoni that he found it on an old website for Simon Panrucker.

The OP stated that the song was from Mid 80s, and was from his dad's friend's CD, and that possibly there was a longer snippet on it. This was confirmed, and OP's dad's friend has found a 115-second snippet.
On Sep 1, 2024, antwan searched up the possible lyrics (See the shadows on the sand) on Filmot and discovered a video with the song, in the video, the song was titled "The 15th - Now I Dream".

The song was posted to WatZatSong by user SodaRev! on 1st September, 2024, and 1 hour later it was solved.
Search History
On 1st September, 2024, a user named SodaRev! posted the song on WatZatSong, he claimed that he heard the song on a Russian radio station called Radio Sakha FM, he tried Shazam on the song, but it didn't result in anything, it gained notoriety upon posting, and many users collaborating on the search, and the user provided a full sample on Vocaroo.
One user named Amatieris stated that the song isn't in Russian, but yes In Yakut, a language spoken by The Yakut people of the city of Yakutsk, which makes sense, since the radio station is from Yakutsk.
On that day, the user named Amatieris found a Russian website called Sakha Music, and asked if The OP's song was there, and it was confirmed to be true.
After 1 hour, The song was identified as Көрүүй, by Anatoliy Burnashev, featuring Sahaaya.
