Send Me To Valhalla is an almost solved indie rock song. It’s most likely by David Lavaca and Jeff Leonard, but there’s no confirmation.

The song was posted to YouTube on August 19th, 2017, by user 1john2johnjohn, saying in the video’s description:
“I probably recorded this in the late 80's on a Raleigh radio station local rock show. Like "Local Licks" on 94Z or U-93.9 (WZZU).”
On September 20th, 2023, user MistaEgg reuploaded the song to YouTube, and commented on the original video, asking the OP what the other songs on the tape were, and he said the other songs were recorded off of different stations in different years.
On November 4th, 2023, YouTube user BaroneseBon discovered a Cocatalog listing for a song called Valhalla by David Lavaca and Jeff Leonard[1]. Both of the artists live or lived in Raleigh, and the song is from the late 1980s, dated to 1987 and registered in 1989.
Shortly after, YouTube user LoneWolfAttack replied to Baronese’s comment, saying they found the Facebook pages of 3/4 of the people who were credited on the listing. As of now, nobody has responded to any messages.
