On November 30th, 2024, WatZatSong user Choyce would post a sample to the site, providing a longer, nearly full sample in the comments. Later that same day, user Asslon would recognize the song as a cover of "Seconds" by The Human League but was unsure of the artist. User Real90sTapes would claim that it was not a cover, just a pitched-up version of the song, falsely marking it as solved.
On July 16th, 2025, WatZatSong user BlooDude2005 (Bloost Media) would realize what had happened, and would correct the false solve with the help of WatZatSong mod Katynett. Later that same day Bloost Media would upload the song to his channel. In the description of the upload, Bloost linked two RYM listings by Data-Bank-a which weren't online. With one being titled "Seconds".
Discord user Hinoyt would find out True Age Records (D-B-A's label) website had listed a CD-R from 2000 called "Seconds" which was made by Data-Bank-A. Lending more credence to the theory. Hinoyt would then reach out to Andrew Kovats (DBA) through YouTube, asking if he made the song.
