On February 24, 2010, the song was posted to YouTube by user megachile1 under the title "unknown song.wmv". They didn’t provide any information about the song.
When contacted, megachile1 said the song had been recorded twice off of German radio stations Radio Bremen 1 and NDR 2 in March of 1998, but didn’t post the other recording.
