Pussycat is a formerly unidentified synthpunk/electroclash song by Scottish band Fake Fang or Motormark, recorded sometime in the 2000s.

The song’s audio was first provided by user Kurto on January 1st, 2025 via peer-to-peer filesharing site Soulseek. They claimed it was played on a radio station by DJ Relax.
Two days later, on January 3rd, 2025, user scoutshadys posted the song to WatZatSong. They said it was recorded off of KoolRockRadio in the 2000s, and gave it the placeholder name "Pussycat".
Over time, the song was reuploaded to YouTube by several other users, such as Mysterious Voice, Q, AlianTheObscure, Zumi, 𝑀𝑟. 𝐶ℎ𝑖𝑝𝑠, and multiple others, amassing over 5k views.
On June 29th, 2025, Q reuploaded the song. Only an hour later, Discord user Shoski discovered it was likely a demo of Pussycat by Fangs, as the first verse and the chorus have the same lyrics.
On the same day, Discord user Murphy found a similar live version with the final lyrics but a instrumental even similar to the DJ Relax version.
On July 6th, 2025, Discord user Rayzox57 contacted the drummer of the band, Jojo, and he said he didn’t recognize the version DJ Relax played, but he also said he’d ask the other members.
On December 2nd, 2025, the song was taken out of verification needed and considered identified due to another song, Bible Stories, being considered solved after a non-demo version was found.
