"Posing" (formerly known as Paparazzi or Hold Me) is a formerly unidentified christian hip-hop song by Ohio based musician Wonder Brown (real name Jamie Farris) and Kentucky based musician Theory Hazit (real name Thearthur Readié Washington), released in 2007 on the EP The Wake.

The song was first posted to the r/TipOfMyTongue subreddit on April 25th, 2020, by user u/Fiction1183. He said that a friend sent OP the song, and he rediscovered it on his old PC and that he got the song from a music sharing website where someone was trying to identify the song about 8-10 years ago from 2020.^[1]

On November 13th, 2021, BullegumBlitz reposted the song on Youtube, saying it was from the 1990s, it was given the placeholder name “Hold Me”. In the comments, they said it might’ve been downloaded off of WebArchive. The song had barely any leads due to a lack of interest.^[2]

On November 7th, 2022, YouTube user WhosThisEmGuy identified the song's sample as Charade by Henry Mancini, released in 1963. They also said the song said “posing” instead of “hold me”, and that the title might be Posing or Poser.

The second OP came back in 2023, and said the song was “definitely” from WebArchive. They said they also found some Latin rap songs, and they sounded “a bit amateurish”, but didn’t post them. They also said they might’ve heard another song by the same artist, and he had “da”, “tha”, or “the” in his name.

On June 14th, 2025, just two hours after "I'll Give You Life" was identified and two days after user Mr. Chips reuploaded it to YouTube, Discord user "Clifton" identified the song as "Posing" by "Wonder Brown", after using the term "intitle:posing "album" before:2020", which led to an upload of the song.^[3]
