Plain Unhappy is a formerly unidentified Industrial Rock song by the British Industrial rock band Mussolini Headkick. The song was released in 1989 as the sixth track on their debut album "Themes For Violent Retribution", alongside an alternate version.

On November 9th, 2024, WatZatSong user Choyce posted a sample onto the site, saying in the post's description: "Instrumental? Rock with advertisements playing at the same time?". In the aforementioned description and comment section Choyce provided a mixcloud link and Vocaroo link.
5 Months later on March 9th, 2025, YouTube user Mike Worst would upload the song to his channel. Later that day WatZatSong user FatBird would identify the song as "Plain Unhappy (LP Version)" by Mussolini Headkick after finding an upload of the song on YouTube.
