Paragon (formerly known as “Sanctity”) is a formerly unidentified electro-industrial song by late Texan musician NuKeMOuT (real name Aaron Mitchell Newcomb), released in 2009. The song was made for his wife when she got hearing aids.
Search History
On July 1st, 2016, YouTuber RAVAGE656 posted a video on the website with the song, asking help for identification. RAVAGE656 stated they had gotten it from a friend's Youtube video “a really long time ago”. Eventually, the friend closed their channel and they lost contact, to the point RAVAGE656 forgot their username.
Sometime in 2020, Discord Nonoseacrest found a forum post from 2009-2011 by user MachineGoat that quoted the lyrics of the song[1]. But the person who made the post was unable to be contacted.
On August 10th, 2020, Discord user Seven Wonders found a post from 2012 by a Twitter user named Chris that also quoted the song’s lyrics[2]. For unknown reasons, Chris blocked anybody who Interacted with the tweet.
Another tweet by the same user mentioned a band called GREENAUDIO, but they confirmed the song wasn’t theirs[2]. The account also had another tweet from 2012 that only said “NuKeMOuT”, but that post wasn’t noticed.
On August 23rd, 2020, the song was later identified by Discord user do_we_the_sea_mole as Paragon by NuKeMOuT after typing “waiting for darkness to rise again” into Yandex, which led them to a comment on the official Newgrounds upload of the song. The song was also available on SoundCloud, YouTube, and was featured in an unofficial Geometry Dash level.
On September 10th, 2022, lost media YouTuber kylie boggly (also known as sombertoboggly) posted the entire history video of the song.

NuKeMOuT's appearance.
NuKeMOuT was an electro-industrial artist born in Texas on September 29th, 1983. He began writing and producing songs in the early 2000's, being active between 2004 to 2015 and releasing this song in 2009. He also created a SoundCloud account as a way to archive more of his work, both completed and uncompleted songs.
In the summer of 2018, he was diagnosed with stomach cancer and passed away in Minnesota on July 14th, 2019. Some of his musical works were not fully and officially released before his passing.
