The song was posted to YouTube on October 2nd, 2022 by user нет войне!. It was recorded in the 1980s or 1990s onto cassette off of a radio station in Switzerland.
Prior, on May 12th, 2022, the OP created a blog post explaining how he used to record his snippets from Radio DRS (DRS3), a German-language radio station in Switzerland.[1]
The compilation mostly included radio ads and DJs speaking, but it had multiple other unidentified songs, such as Carnival, Damenwahl, and Unterm Rad.
Over time, the song was reuploaded to YouTube by several users, such as Webb, Q, Frmhertz, Antonio's Remastered Works, AlianTheObscure, LostwaveFinder, and multiple others, amassing over 7k views.
On November 1st, 2025, a channel for the song was created in the FMM Discord server after winning a channel poll, along with We Love Da Music, Summer On The Radio, Ground Xero, Key To My Heart, Popcorn Tape, Road To Nowhere, Keep Running So Everything Makes Sense, Getting High and I'm Going On.
