Ngome Makonya (English: Fortress Of The People) is an unknown Lingala (language from the Democratic Republic Of Congo) song, it was posted to YouTube along with a now-solved song 4V, by the user jwmwegener on 2011.

On 24th August, 2011, two African songs were posted to YouTube, the user said that the song was recorded off the Belgian radio station RTBF on the radio show Cadence in the late 1970s/early 1980s.
The other song was solved by YT copyright as 4V by the Ivory Coast band Ambassadeur International, released in 1978, but this one remains unknown, it was discovered in mid-2025 that the language spoken is Lingala, a regional language spoken in Central Africa, specifically Democratic Republic Of Congo, where the song might be there.
