Musicosanostra (formerly known as Musica Cosa Nostra) is a formerly unidentified pop rock song by the Italian-American group La Famiglia, released in 1978.

On June 29th, 2014, WatZatSong user Romulien posted a sample to the site, saying in the post's description: "Someone know this song (the sequel)". In the comments, WatZatSong user WeatherApp would find the reddit post along with a longer sample posted to Vocaroo, which they linked.
On September 17th, 2021, YouTube user Carlos The Yveltal reuploaded the full sample to his channel, saying in the video's description:
"Labeled as "Inconnu - Musica Senostra" in the original mp3 file"
Then citing a deleted YouTube video and deleted WatZatSong as his sources, along with those he would link the Vocaroo post. A year later he would come back to update the description, linking the aforementioned reddit post on the r/Lostwave subreddit of someone looking for the same song.
At some point in 2022, YouTube user Mysterious Voice uploaded the song to his channel, followed by Zumi on July 9th.
On December 16th, 2022, user FatBird would identify the song as "Musicosanostra" by the group La Famiglia, released in 1978. Two days later on December 18th, the original version would be found, proving that there were in fact two versions of the song.
