The song was posted to YouTube on February 1st, 2013, by user HecticEclectic. The video's description read:
"Another demo played by Bobbito on The Stretch Armstrong & Bobbito Show 8-7-1997. Would love a track i.d. on this if any of my fellow Stretch & Bobbito junkies know it..Enjoy!"
On September 6th, 2020, YouTube channel Danté Tv reposted the song to their channel, they mentioned that the song might be by "The Last Emperor", but this is unconfirmed.
On May 3rd, 2022, YouTube user Da Cream Hunter reposted the song to their channel, they most likely got it from the Hectic's upload.
Over time, the song was reuploaded to YouTube by several users, such as Marksaw, Ofrix, S2h, Samuel’s Reposts, AlianTheObscure, and multiple others, amassing over 700 views.
On June 24th, 2025, Discord user weezytweezy found the A side of the tape on Soulseek. The B and C sides were later uploaded to YouTube.
Sometime before July of 2025, Weezy contacted Bobbito about the song and he said he doesn't remember who made it.[1]
