The song was posted to WatZatSong on August 27th, 2021 by user Mumfti. They said the song was from sometime in the 1980s, but they didn’t provide any information about where it came from.
Over time, the song was reuploaded to YouTube by several users, such as Mike Worst, Q, Anon0122, Ofrix, AlianTheObscure, 𝑀𝑟. 𝐶ℎ𝑖𝑝𝑠, and multiple others, amassing over 7k views.
On September 2nd, 2024, the OP came back and said the song came from a cassette tape that contained multiple other NDW/new wave songs, but this is the only one that's still unidentified.[1]
