2021-2023

The song was posted to WatZatSong on November 30th, 2021 by user account12399, the same person who originally uploaded My Pretty Doll. Two days later, they said that it was recorded off of a radio station in Seville, Spain around 2005.[1]

Over time, the song was reuploaded to YouTube by several users, such as JayKay, BloostMedia, Eccote, Q, MistaEgg, VisualConfusion, Zumi, No Background, Aero, and multiple others, amassing over 20k views.

On August 29th, 2022, the song was given a channel in the FMM Discord server after it won a channel poll, along with Keep The Maximum, One Night Stand, Understand Commitment, and multiple other songs.

On July 20th, 2023, when VisualConfusion asked mpdsteven, the other OP of My Pretty Doll, if he had any information about this song, he responded:

"I am not in any way related to the poster of this sample nor the one you linked. Maybe it is a friend of a friend of mine. Nonetheless I have never heard that other track."[2]

Since the song shared one of the two OPs of My Pretty Doll, and that song is considered to be likely a hoax due to that OP's weird behavior, this song was considered to be likely a hoax as well. [3]

2025

On September 5th, Discord user wy identified the song as Merciless Saints by Over The Range after running it through other user Rayzox57's fingerprints of the website Jamendo.

Shortly after, it was realized the song was released in 2010, meaning that it wasn’t from 2005 as the OP claimed. It is unknown if OP misremembered the date they recorded the song, or if they deliberately gave an incorrect year as a red herring.

On September 19th, the song channel on the Fond My Mind Discord Server was archived along with My Pretty Doll's, due to the fact that this song is likely a hoax.

On September 28th, mpdsteven was confirmed to be a hoaxer after one of the songs on their “tape”, “Eurphoric Dream”, was found to be ripped directly from YouTube instead of originating from a cassette tape. It is still unconfirmed if mpdsteven is the same person as account12399.

Lyrics[4]

[Verse 1]
Maybe this time we're waiting
For misprinted lies to fade us
Not even close of what I feel

Ask for empty forgiveness
To bleed for long time closed scars
Not even way to fright us yet

[Verse 2]
Maybe this time we're waiting
For misprinted lies to fade us
Not even close of what we feel

No damage where we cry in
Smile on dying silence
Just trying to build a chance for long

[Pre-Chorus]
The salt to heal the bleeding wound
The dark to show joined lives we found

[Chorus]
I pray for new merciless saints
In this church it use to be my blinded soul
I´ll call just on merciless saints, again
Just to avoid the pain that keeps me away from you

[Guitar Solo]

[Chorus]
I pray for new merciless saints
In this church it use to be my blinded soul
I´ll call just on merciless saints, again
Just to avoid the pain that keeps me away from you

[Final Chorus]
I pray for new merciless saints
In this church it use to be my blinded soul
I´ll call just on merciless saints, again
Just to avoid the pain that keeps me away from you
Yeah
