Maxi-Joy (formerly known as "Harder To Deceive Them") is a formerly unidentified Indie Rock song by Dublin based band Subterraneans, it was made in 1986 and given to local radio stations as a demo. The finished song would be released a year later in 1987 in 2 formats, 12" & 7".

On February 11th, 2019, WatZatSong user Pro56 would post a sample to the site, saying in the post's description: "TAPE 1987: gori3". Alongside this they would provide the full song via Picosong but in October of that year the site shut down, rendering the longer sample completely lost.
Nearly 3 years later on November 15th, 2021, WatZatSong user nonoseacrest would ask for the full song to be posted to Vocaroo, but they would receive no response from Pro56, seemingly not noticing the comment.
2 Years later on January 4th, 2023, YouTube user FatBird would repost the song to his channel in the hopes of getting identified sooner. 2 Days later on January 6th, 2023, Randolurker would identify the song as "Maxi-Joy (remix)" by Subterraneans.
