Love The Reggae Bad (formerly known as Love The Reggae Music) is a formerly unidentified dancehall/euro reggae song by Swedish duo DaYeene, the same duo behind Is This Love?, released in 1992 on the album Primetime.

The song was first posted to WatZatSong on May 25th, 2016, by user funkyrecord. They didn’t provide any information about it, nor a longer snippet, and the snippet was slightly low quality.
On August 15th, 2023, another snippet of the song was posted to WZS by funkyrecord. They said it was recorded in the 1990s onto a cassette tape, but they still didn’t provide a longer snippet.
On April 7th, 2024, after user htn asked the OP for a longer snippet, they posted the full version to Vocaroo[1]. They also said they had been searching for the song for 20 years.[2]
On May 18th, 2024, the song was identified by Discord user Randolurker as Love The Reggae Bad by DaYeene, presumably after finding an upload of it on YouTube.

DaYeene was a Swedish soul/house music duo active between years 1988-1994. It consisted of sisters Jeanette and Diane Söderholm.
The duo was popular in Europe, mostly in the UK, releasing multiple EPs and two albums before splitting up.
Their first album titled United Soul Power was released in 1990, with the song We're On This Case peaking at #97 in the UK.
Their second album Primetime was released in 1992, which had three songs in the charts:
- Alright, peaked at #31 in Sweden
- Good Thing, peaked at #78 in the UK
- Around The World, peaked at #84 in the UK.

- Revelation, their most successful single, peaked at #30 in Sweden.
- Is This Love? (CompuSex), didn't chart.
- And It Hurts, released in 1998, peaked at #63 in the UK and #60 in Sweden.

After their breakup, the duo recorded one last song featuring Swedish DJ and producer StoneBridge named The Morning After.
