The song originated from a Lyon Funk mix posted to DailyMotion by user FuNkY*StYl£80s in 2011. None of the songs in the video are credited.
On November 18th, 2024, user "Lost Content & Nostalgic Videos" posted a video to YouTube, containing all the songs from the mix, asking who made them.
On January 31st, 2025, the song was identified by Discord user Basketry and Instagram user Edgar as Love Scene by Gio after she asked Edgar’s friend about the song, they suggested she’d ask Edgar, and he knew the song.
The original version of the song wasn’t available in full at the time, but the Climaxical Mix was. but in February 4th, 2025, the full version of the original mix of the song was posted to YouTube.

Gio was an R&B, electro, soul, and funk musician from Long Island, New York, USA.
In an unknown year in the 80s (likely 1986), he released his first and only EP, Love Scene, with three remixes.
They don’t seem to be active today.
