La Mer is an unidentified French ambient jazz song. It samples Le Cinéma by Claude Nougaro. It’s the oldest unsolved WZS sample.

Search History[]

The song was first posted to WatZatSong in 2006 by user Regda. They didn’t provide information about the song, nor a longer snippet. This post was eventually deleted.

On April 9th, 2009, the OP posted another snippet of the song. They still didn’t provide any information about the song. But a longer, almost two minute, snippet was found.
