The song was posted to WatZatSong on October 21st, 2012, by user Ptit-loup. He didn’t provide any information about the song, nor a longer snippet.
Two days later, when user Barni asked if the song was from the 1980s, the OP said he didn't know, but he still didn’t provide any information about where it came from.[1]
On March 7th, 2015, user jildez asked the OP where he got it from, he responded, and said he got it "in a pub", but he didn't know where it was.[1]
2020s[]
Over time, the song was reuploaded to YouTube by several users, such as Fatbird, Q, LostwaveFinder, AlianTheObscure, Murphy, and multiple others, amassing over 9k views.
On May 27th, 2024, the OP posted the full song to Vocaroo. He also said he found it in a wedding video that was posted to YouTube, but he said he can’t find the video anymore.[2]
On July 1st, 2024, a day after Q reuploaded the song, user Tookthewah discovered the metadata of the Vocaroo link listed the title as “Slow Like Dion”, but the OP confirmed he added that.[3]
The song is heavily compared to Celine Dion's 1996 cover of The song is It’s All Coming Back to Me Now by Pandora's Box, which originally released in 1989.[4][5]
A day later, the OP was asked by user AveEster if he remembered any details about the video, he responded and said he didn’t remember as it was “far too long ago”[6].
On July 12th, 2024, the OP was asked if he asked anyone from the wedding about the song, and he said he didn’t know anyone, and had just found the video “by chance”.[7]
On November 1st, 2025, a channel for the song was created in the FMM Discord server after winning a channel poll, along with We Love Da Music, Summer On The Radio, No More Feelings, Ground Xero, Popcorn Tape, Road To Nowhere, Keep Running So Everything Makes Sense, Getting High and I'm Going On.
