Jay (Also known as "Jay Kay") is a Discord user and YouTuber who is mostly known for being the creator and ex-owner of the Fond My Mind Discord Server as well as spreading "Fond My Mind" (better known today as "Feels Like A Wish") to a wider audience, as well as being the first to share Ulterior Motives on Youtube, with his video reaching more than 100k views (before being deleted).
His YouTube channel was deleted due to a false copyright strike from someone called "D-YXKI" after claiming the song Fond My Mind.
Controversy and Ousting
On May 18th, 2024, disturbing information about Jay came to light in the Fond My Mind Discord server.
Jay admitted to his mods that he was a non-offending pedophile, after which ownership of the Discord server was transferred and Jay left the server.[1]
It is currently unknown why Jay confessed to being a pedophile, however some people speculated there was something wrong before the ousting since he used a lot of AI generated images of underage girls on his SoundCloud account and also on YouTube.
Three screenshots have been shared on the lostwave subreddit, where Jay admitted it, but users are still waiting for more info to come out.

In a message to a user, Jay said:
- Hi. yeah, it's true. I didn't think it would be made public just minutes after I left. I had considered admitting it myself, but I thought it would just cause far more problems than needed. But I saw Rain (one of the mods) decided to do it anyway. I'm also aware of the reactions. and I shouldn't be surprised about how negative they are. But all I said before I left is honest and true. In the four years I was there I haven't done anything to anyone. and I hope nobody will start coming forward and claiming I have.
In another message to another user, Jay said:
- I also don't want too many people knowing just how pathetic I am. because not only am I into young girls, but I rely on imaginary partners and stuff to keep me from feeling completely alone. That's been how I've been living for years and years. but I don't wanna talk too much about that. I don't like calling them imaginary anyway. Because to me they're real. Just not physically.
Users are still unsure about what "imaginary partners" mean.
A few days later, someone came in stating that Jay was having "friendly conversations" and "worse stuff" with other members of the Discord server. The contents of said messages were never made public.
