Search History[]

The song was posted to WatZatSong by user “CentralMuzik” on March 29th, 2021. They didn’t provide any information about the song, nor a longer snippet. But it was thought to be in French or a combination of English and French.

On October 14th, 2023, WatZatSong user BlooDude2005 found the (nearly) full song somewhere and uploaded it to Vocaroo. Since some of OP's other posts were recorded off of Radio 666 in Caen, France, it’s possible this song was also recorded off of there.

User Marktrail discovered that the song was likely Peter Plane - Illusions. The country, timeframe, the name match up, and Peter’s voice sounds similar. However, at the time it couldn't be confirmed since the song isn’t available anywhere online and the listing’s contributor closed their account.

On December 27th, 2024, user Lait commented on the original WZS post claiming that they had bought the CD and that it would be delivered to them on January 2nd, 2025.

On January 2nd, 2025, the song was fully identified as Illusions by Peter Plane after the CD arrived and Lait confirmed it was the same song.

Lyrics[]

*[Intro]*

Tricks

*[Verse 1]*

His words have gone

A spreading sound

Behind my illusions

In my thoughts

In my thoughts

In my thoughts

In this world

In my thoughts

*[Verse 2]*

Behind my illusions

And the wide thoughts

Horrid small tricks

In my thoughts

*[Chorus]*

One, nine, four, two,

eight, six, six, one

That’s horrid

*[Verse 3]*

Another child

To know our messiah

Behind my illusions

In my hands

*[Verse 4]*

In my hands

On my home

In my thoughts

In my thoughts

*[Chorus]*
