The song was uploaded in May of 2024 by lostwave YouTuber Ofrix, who mentioned that they found it around three years before the upload of the video. The original source isn't known but It was probably downloaded from a now-deleted YouTube channel while Ofrix was searching for late 2000s and early 2010s.
On October 11th, 2024, the full song was found. The song was labeled as "Disappear" by Claude. The song was first posted to YouTube on February 28th, 2011 by user Joanna Ambrosio. The song was downloaded off of Rnbspot.com, a website that hosted leaked RNB demos.
User Darren Ma reposted it on March 3rd, 2011, also labeling it as being by someone named Claude. The last repost was on March 13th, 2021 by user OldMusicViber, who said the song was produced by someone called “Fuego”.
