Lyrics[]
[Verse 1]
Each star that falls is my obsession, each the same
Torn by the soul and I live again, I believe
Above the lights I stand and wonder at all the pain
Still something in me wants to live again
[Chorus]
Cause I believe
Do you believe?
I believe
Do you believe?
[Verse 2]
I've found a place in you I've dreamed before on my knees
Before you close the door say your name for me, I believe
Faith's an illusion of the space that's left by something lost
What is the price of life? I'll pay the cost
[Chorus]
Cause I believe
Do you believe?
I believe
Do you believe?
I believe
Do you believe?
I believe
Do you believe?
[Verse 3]
Quietly waiting for the sun to shine away the tears
Drown by the flood of those wished for years, I believe
Each star that falls in my direction, each the same
I'll save each one as my possession
[Chorus]
Cause I believe
Do you believe?
I believe
Do you believe?
I believe
Do you believe?
I believe
Do you believe?
[Verse 4]
Stay and I'll believe
Stay and I'll believe
Open up the sun and hope now
Dream and I'll believe
Open up the sun and hope now
Stay and I'll believe
[Outro]
I believe
I believe
I believe
Intense[]
Intense was a grunge and alternative rock band from Florida, USA. They formed in 1998 and disbanded around 2002.
The band cosisted of: Jesse Bonin (guitar, lead vocals), Justin Cidoni (bass), Pat Smith (guitar, backup vocals) and Scott Blasko (drums).
In 1999, they released two EPs: Midnight Sun and Killing Time. Both were successful in Florida.
Songs from the Midnight Sun EP:
- Simple
- Hide
- Midnight Sun
- Live To Fight
In 2000, the band released their first album Midnight Sun, which contains songs from the first EP with the same name.
In 2001, the band released the second album, self-titled Intense.
The band was receiving airplay from radio stations across the country, peaked at number 17 on the top 20 chart and even going on a nationwide tour. Since they weren't part of a major label, the cost of touring and the cost to get the band back on the radio with promoting were high, and their label couldn’t afford it.
The band broke up sometime later.
