I’ll Be There is a formerly unidentified R&B/Hip-Hop song by Californian musician Chris Moutas, released in 1999 on the album Here I Am.

The song was first posted to WatZatSong on April 24th, 2015 by user TipoDual. He didn’t provide any information about where he got the song from, but he posted the full version.
On December 22nd, 2016, TipoDual reposted the song to YouTube. He still didn’t provide any information about any of the songs he posted but he gave this one the placeholder “I’ll Be There”.
In 2021, TipoDual came back and said the song originated from a USB flash drive made in August of 2014 of songs that played in KFC in Moscow, Russia. The USB included multiple other unidentified songs.
After more of the songs in the playlist were identified, it was discovered that every song in the playlist had been licensed from MP3.com via the site's "Business Music Service" program and were from ~1999-2003.
On June 30th, 2023 the song was identified by Discord users Isle7 and Mike Worst as I’ll Be There… by Chris Moutas via Musicbrainz Picard.
A month later, the full album featuring the song was shared and posted to YouTube by user Q, being the first ever full album she posted.

In an unknown year, she released her second and final EP, Can’t Keep Up With Me.
She doesn’t seem to be active today.
