Nothing we know about the song other than two information; It was likely recorded by T.M. Music Inc, based in New York, around the 1960s as a demo track and there are two different versions by The What Four and The Happy Cats. The acetates which contained the song was associated with Detroit label Tuba, although none of them came to be released on it. The song has been distributed in multiple websites, such as YouTube, SoundCloud and Amazon Music.
On October 14th 2016, Murder Records reuploaded the song to YouTube and the information to their own website (its page is now taken down).
On August 7th 2024, SpikeytheCactus reuploaded the song to his channel.
According to Boogaloo Bag, it was highly supposed to be written by Artie Resnik, Kris Resnik, and Ron Dante as their names were listed in the record of The What Four version, released by Columbia Records.
