The song was posted by YouTube user The Vintage Soul Machine on September 22nd, 2022. According to him, quote:
"Please I need help identifying this song! Over 30 years ago when I was collecting vinyl to sell to clients all over the world, I bought this record, converted it to tape and sold the vinyl copy but never wrote down on my tape compiliation the name of the song or the artist. For years I have thought it must be Irma Thomas from the early 1960's but Shazam doesn't come up with a title anything close to what it seems like the title could be...I'm A Fool For You.....I Cried....Oh How I Cried...something along those lines. If anyone can identify this song or artist please leave a comment."
The Vintage Soul Machine believes it could have been made by the singer Irma Thomas from the early 1960's, but can't verify it.

I know
Oh yes, I know
That i should let you go
I know
Yes I'm do
I'm a Fool for You
For You
Keep my heart and brain
I know
You never, never change

I know
Oh yes, I know
But I'm just love you so
So many time
I sit with you
Hoping that you
Wail jail you
How, How about myself?
I gave so bloom
When you don't call
What do i do?
Wait! Come inside
I know
Oh yes, I'm do
That I'm a fool for you
Oh yes, I know
Oh I know
