どこまで… (English: How Far..., Romanized: Doko Made…) (formerly known as Nanimo Kawaranai (何も 変わらない) is a formerly unidentified Japanese Soul/Kayokyoku song by Japanese duo Nico, released in 1983 on the album Valeria.

Search History

On July 14th 2022, user alicesiki posted a the song to YouTube, claiming help in identifying it. The OP claims to have been broadcast between 1980 and 1982 on NHK-FM radio and was later saved on a cassette.

On September 5th, 2024, YouTuber Q re-uploaded the song on her channel for bringing more attention to the search. Sometime later, the OP deleted their account.

On June 25th, 2025, user MistaEgg shared a more high quality version of the song to Discord. He said it came from the full tape the OP provided, and he noted that the song was likely released on vinyl.

On July 6th, 2025, the song was identified by Discord users Gymforma and Nel80s as How Far... by Nico, after Nel ran the song identification website through gymforma’s personal collection.

Nico

Nico was a japanese duo formed in 1982 by the brothers Mamoru Shimada and Shigeru Shimada. They debuted that year.

Between 1982 and 1985 they released 3 LP's (one of them is Valeria where is How Far...) and 3 singles.

In 1992, the duo renamed their name to Garden. They were active until 2003.
