How Could You (formerly known as How Could You Hurt Me? and Deep Inside) is a formerly unidentified R&B song by French musician Kellee, released on July 23rd, 2002 and rereleased on August 8th, 2024 on the album Beautiful Love (Extended Version).

The song was first posted to WatZatSong on June 6th, 2015 by user TipoDual. He didn’t provide any information about where he got the song from, but he provided the full version.
On December 22nd, 2016, TipoDual reposted the song to YouTube. But he didn’t provide any information about any of the songs he posted but he gave this one the placeholder name “Deep Inside”.
In 2021, TipoDual came back and said the song originated from a USB flash drive made in August of 2014 of songs that played in a KFC in Moscow, Russia. The USB included multiple other unidentified songs.
After more of the songs in the playlist were identified, it was discovered that every song in the playlist had been licensed from MP3.com via the site's "Business Music Service" program and were from ~1999-2003.
In May of 2024, Discord user Isle7 discovered the song was most likely How Could You? by Kellee after finding mention of it online. Mo audio of the song was available online, but Kellee’s voice sounded identical. Kellee wasn’t able to be contacted, so Isle contacted two people who worked with her around the time the song was made.
On May 29th, 2024, the song was fully identified as How Could You? by Kellee after Stephane Scheben, the producer of the song, responded to Isle and commented on the YouTube upload of the song, confirming that Kellee was the singer.
On August 8th, 2024, the album including the song, Beautiful Love (Extended Mix) was put onto streaming sites such as YouTube Music and Apple Music, the album included full HQ audio of the song.
