Lyrics[]

 [Verse 1]
She wears, high boots! H-h-high boots!
High boots is what they call her!
H-h-high boots! High boots is what they call her!
Big Men, watch her at work, work, work, work! She does the dog, she does the jerk, she does the swim.

[Verse 2]
Now she's my boots! h-h-high boots!
She walks so fine! she spins so wild!
She's my lover child, in her... High boots! H-h-high boots!
she does the jerk, she does the swim, but not with him because she's my boots!
H-h-high boots! My boots! My-my-my high boots!

[Verse 3]
Hey man! watch her work-work-work-work!
She does the dog, she does the jerk, she does the swim, but not with him because she's my boots!
My-my-my high boots!
Hey baby! get away from those boots!
Cause' those are my boots!

Theories and leads[]

H.B. Barum theory/lead[]

At an unknown point in time, YouTube user Teen-Age Heaven commented under the video with a theory taken from another video: "I think H.B. Barnum wrote this one. Been doing some research but don’t know who the singer is but his voice sounds really familiar to me. To be honest the guy looks ALOT like Tony Alamo who did a single called ”Robot Walk” produced by H.B. Barnum in 1964 and together with the fact that Barnum has a song called "Hi Boots” in the BMI database it makes me almost sure... There you go, internet’s biggest mystery solved".

Tony Alamo theory[]

Another user commented under the aforementioned video, saying that he believes the singer to be Tony Alamo, providing a video of Tony Alamo singing as proof.
