HET is a minimal-synth/post-punk band from Basel, Switzerland. The band originally went with the name "Niohn 500", and is behind the song Complex, originally dubbed as "Cheer". The band consisted of Kornel Vogt, Franz Frosch, Philippe Vaucher and sometimes Eva Frosch and Rahel Basler.
HET’s music was featured on the compilations “Swiss Techno Sampler – Real” in 1988 and “Electric Dance Sampler 1989” in 1989. They also produced musics for a film by Kornel Vogt's brother Basil Vogt, which is called Auf der Strecke geblieben. All their music (as HET) can be found here.
