Gay Bandit is an unidentified parody of Juvenile - Back That Azz Up (1998) that is about a homosexual couple talking about intimacy. It was spread on p2p sites and according to one commenter, played on KUBE 93.3 radio in 1998.

On January 12th, 2009, YouTube user B.Infinite uploaded this song under the title "South Park - Back that Ass up" and never gave any information on how they obtained it in the description. However it was very likely downloaded from a P2P service, most likely Napster.
The upload quickly gained traction, reaching around 400,000 views and drawing in a flood of comments. Some users claimed the track was made by a South Park fan, while others recalled downloading it from Napster or other P2P services between 1999 and 2001. There were also comments suggesting it was wrongly attributed to Weird Al or "Big Gay Al" from South Park.
The most notable claim came from someone who said the track aired on KUBE 93.3 radio in 1998, a detail that several others backed up in the replies.
2020s[]
Over time, several lostwave YouTubers reuploaded this song, including marksaw, Lostwave's Unfinest, SpikeytheCactus, Q, and more.
Shortly after Q uploaded it, user Greg Jones discovered an earlier source of the song. It was first posted to YouTube on November 25th, 2006, by user k3nigma, with the description saying “gay brown man in action on the snow”.
However on June 7th, an even earlier Youtube upload was found by user Murphy. It was uploaded on YouTube by Fahks24 on May 28th, 2006 synced to scenes from the anime "Yu Yu Hakusho" (Basically an AMV).
This same day, user rocketballboi found the oldest fully surviving file of this song, which was located in the skeleton of a comedy website. The file was uploaded on July 28, 2002, [1] and was the longest snippet available at the time.
Currently, the oldest confirmed mention of this song is from March 2nd, 2000 on a Google Groups post with someone asking for the lyrics. [2]
The longest audio snippet of the song is from MySpace, where someone under the name "fatpeople" reposted it. In the Myspace Dragon Hoard (an archive of around 2% of all MySpace songs before all content was lost) it was available, and was 0.2 seconds longer than the previous longest snippet (which also came from MySpace).

There is a high chance this song was recorded off of radio, since the recording looks like being pitched at +0.20. Backing this up are the claims of it airing on KUBE 93.3 in 1998, and the audible tape hiss present in the song.
Not From 1998[]
The original song "Back That Azz Up" was available in late 1998, but only reached the charts when it was released as a single in June of 1999. It is unlikely that this parody was made when the original song wasn't popular yet.
"Pretty Boy"/Stevie B.[]
One comment suggests that a wrestler named "Pretty Boy" or Stevie B. used this song as one of his themes when entering the ring. The poster also mentioned that there was a video of it on YouTube, but his opponent "didn't deserve to share the ring with him". They are likely referencing this video, but this song cannot be heard.
"Shex and Darshu"[]
User rocketballboi found a mention of the song on a Winamp playlist that labelled it as "Big Gay Al - Back That Ass Up feat. Shex and Darshu", but nothing comes up when searched for online.
