It was mislabeled as Sator - Freaky, which lead Guglielm to believe is was an unreleased demo by Swedish band Sator Codex, but they were contacted and confirmed they didn’t make the song.
The Satyr Lead[]
The song is most likely by The Satyr Sound Machine a musician from Yonkers, New York. It’s likely due to sounding similar to Sator, along with having a very similar voice, fitting the timeframe of the song, and having an almost identical music style (particularly his song Hex You).
Satyr only released 2 albums, 100% Satyr and Surf Sex, and none of those albums have this song on it. So if Satyr made it, it was probably never officially released, according to this Reddit post, he was known in his community for handing out unreleased demo tapes to people on the street.
