On July 21st, 2013, YouTube user dreamsneverend81 would upload a video to their channel titled: "unknown post punk tune from Peel show early 80s". It wouldn't gain much attention for a while and would sit on dreamsneverend81's channel. It would start to gain attention in 2016 to which many bands and songs were suggested but none of these were correct.
In the comments a user would ask what year it was recorded to which dreamsneverend81 would reply: "Possibly 1982, it was beside New Order's second Peel session on the tape." When asked about the tracklist dreamsneverend81 said: "Can't remember but I suspect it might have been from 5 July 1982 show when Peel repeated the NO session but sadly that's one of the few the Peel archive doesn't currently have info for".
On February 12th, 2022, YouTube user This Moment's Gone would upload the song to his channel with the artists credited. They would then go to the original upload to announce the solve.
