Fear Machine (formerly known as Broken Wings) is a formerly unidentified new wave/synthpop song by British band Art Nouveau (also known as Kajagoogoo).

The song was first posted to YouTube on September 22nd, 2016 by user smg. It aired on a radio show called “Modern Music” that was broadcasted on defunct Californian radio station KNAC. The songs on the broadcast ranged from 1976-1982.
In 2018, user Roblox_Kid2010 posted the song to the r/TipOfMyTongue subreddit, asking who the song was by.
On October 1st, 2019, user MachineryNoise discovered that all of the songs from the broadcast are by British bands. They searched on Discogs for synthpop songs from the UK that released in 1981. This led to them identifying the song was Fear Machine by Art Nouveau.
