Fallen Dreams is an almost solved alternative rock/grunge song. It's likely by Peeping Tom, but confirmation is needed.

Search History[]

2010s[]

The song was first posted to the AllTheLyrics forum on June 22nd, 2010, by user mrbungle along with three other songs, including The Birthday Song. No information was provided other than it may have been titled Fallen Dreams, and that it was not by the band Peeping Tom or Mike Patton.

Bungle linked SoundCloud posts of the songs, but they got deleted sometime later for unknown reasons.

On July 7th, 2010, the song was posted to WatZatSong by SkaAllison, though the post was later deleted for unknown reasons as well.

On December 9th, 2012, the song was reposted to WatZatSong by Charlotte29. She didn’t provide any information about the song, nor a longer snippet, and it was slightly lower quality.

On March 3rd, 2018, the song was reposted to WatZatSong again by user SunburrySole, mentioning it as a repost of SkaAllison's sample.

2020s[]

On July 13th, 2024, after the full version of The Birthday Song was found, SkaAllison came back and confirmed they were the same person as mrbungle. They said the songs they posted were downloaded off of KaazaLight in 2001 labeled as Peeping Tom/Mike Patton. A day later, the full song was posted to Vocaroo.

Over time, the song was reuploaded to YouTube by several users, such as Mike Worst, S2h, 𝑀𝑟. 𝐶ℎ𝑖𝑝𝑠, and multiple others, amassing over 1k views.

On July 29th, 2025, user Girlwantsboy discovered that a different band called Peeping Tom had a song titled Fallen Dreams. The song is unable to be played[1]. Allison noted that the song was described as "Fast Energetic Rock". The full names of two of the members are known, but they don't seem to have any social media.[2]

Lyrics[]

[?] to me
Gotta [?] while you can
For one, I think clearly
I just go with the [?]
At the chance I get rid of you
I'll miss you by far
And when I let go, it
Just [?] me in the dark

Lined up in the subway
Just thinking about
Be proud of your hanging on
My [?] to let go
Pressing harder every day
Not taking a look
What has my [?] done for you?
Has it done for me

It's all a blur
A burning cycle
It's all a blur
A burning cycle
Can't take me down
Can't take me down

What we had between us
Has long gone away
How could I live with myself
For the long [?]
I can't say that I miss you
But I can't fall asleep
And when I wake up again
It's just right there

It's all [?]
A burning cycle
It's all [?]
A burning cycle
Can't take me down
Can't take me down

All we can do now is hope and pray
As we continue to seize the day
All we can do now is hope and pray
As we seize the day
It's not like you
Just got it in me
Just [?] of fallen dreams
It's not like you
Just got it in me
[?] yourselves
[?] yourselves

It's all [?]
A burning cycle
[?]
It's all [?]
A burning cycle
[?]

[?] yourselves
[?] yourselves
All over me
[?] yourselves
[?] yourselves
All over me
[?] yourselves
[?] yourselves
All over me
[?] yourselves
[?] yourselves
All over me
