Exotica.amr (also known as Off The Beaten Path) is an ambient song composed for the Nokia 6630 by an unknown artist as default music. It is also posted in the page titled "Index of /phonetones/unzipped/Nokia/6630/system/apps/muvee", along with other songs from Nokia 6630 whose artist is unidentified as well.

On March 10th, 2024, user momomomomoug uploaded an 8-second snippet of the song to WatZatSong, giving it the placeholder title "Off The Beaten Path", without giving any information about it's origins.
On March 30th, 2024, the OP said they got it from a YouTube video from January 24th, 2008, titled "vgfgh" by "KPatrick03". The video itself consists of a slideshow with random images, with no information. KPatrick reposted the exact same video on the same day, under the title “ian3”.
Later on, user “FatRat47” would search “Off the beaten path before:2009” on YouTube, and would discover a video which was posted on August 15th, 2007, containing the audio. It also gave the title “Off The Beaten Path” still without any information. Another video from January 4th, 2008 was also discovered, however, neither video gave any information as to the source of the snippet.
On April 20th, 2025, WatZatSong user greenbonzi discovered that the song is from the "muvee" video editing application on the Nokia 6630. In the app, a file called "Exotica.amr" can be found, matching with this song. The YouTube videos containing the song were most likely created with this app.
The song was erroneously considered solved due to this; however, it is still unknown who the composer of this song is.
