Everybody is a instrumental cover of "Dj Bobo - Everybody" from a cassete (?) tagged as "Estonia - Everybody"

On April 28, 2024, user Harrys4 uploaded to Watzatsong the song with the description "Tagged as "estonia - everybody" but i [sic] never confirmed. Cover of "Dj Bobo - Everybody"".
A day after, user Panne suggested the tag was wrong, and misleading to another song. He said that the song "Tanel Padar & Dave Benton - Everybody" was the winner of Eurovision 2001 and than they were from Estonia. However, the lostwave case might also be a case of a song with the same name and country despite not being the same one.
