Dreamscape [Dawn Mix] (previously known as "Keygen Techno") is a formerly unidentified ambient techno song by Los Angeles-based musician Influx (real name James Bernard).

The song was posted to YouTube on August 24th, 2022 by user Godify. The song came from a cassette mixtape that was recorded off of CKUT FM sometime around 1994 by a friend of the OP’s father. The OP would unlist the post sometime around 2024.
In late January of 2025, user TechnooiD commented on the video, saying that the song was released in the UK in 1994 by an American based producer. They also said the snippet was a remix and the original song was Shazamable, but didn’t say who the artist was.
On January 28th, 2025, TechnooiD posted a 10 second snippet of a different section of the song. They are notable for gatekeeping various unknown songs, giving out the titles for Run High, Just Give Me A Chance, Just Something To Dance To, LN01 DJ Mix Track, and Castles In The Sky in exchange for solves of one of their own songs.
On March 12th, 2025, the song was eventually identified by Creaking Part as Dreamscape [Dawn Mix] by Influx. It was found on Discogs through brute forcing after he had went through multiple UK Trance releases.
