on November 16th, 2024, WatZatSong user Sonolux would post a snippet to the site, saying: “recorded in 1994”. They would also provide a longer sample via Vocaroo link in the post description. 6 days later, another WatZatSong user, Choyce would find the song in mixcloud compilation of KSUF radio.
On December 30th, 2024, YouTube user Mike Worst would reupload the song snippet to his channel, giving it the placeholder name of "Don't Make A Mistake".

On March 6th, 2025, WatZatSong user FELLEASY would find an album on discogs by the band "Spinning Ginny", the album was released in 1994 which line up with the year of recording. Later that day WatZatSong user AudioBug would contact the seller, after about 2 days the seller responded with: "I bought this CD blindly from an estate sale just based on the album cover. I have not listened to the album yet and I don't currently know exactly where I put the CD (I have quite a few.) I'll see if I can find the album and give it a listen".
