Curly Toes is an unidentified a cappella about a woman describing an "experience". The song is renowned for its erratic singing and suggestive nature. Curly Toes is also the ninth song in the second volume of Songs In The Key Of Z by Irwin Chusid.
Search History
In 2000, Irwin Chusid, a music historian, released a compilation album titled Songs in the Key of Z. This album contained what he called "outsider music," which is music "made" by people who don't even know they are making music. This album contained an unidentified song titled "Curly Toes."
It is claimed that this song was found on a tape digging in the dumpsters, and this is likely a home sound recording. This later was debunked after Irwin Chusid proved this wrong, and the song was never found in a dumpster.
On February 19th, 2010, a tribute to Bettie Page was posted to YouTube by user Thetruerock. They had gotten it from the original album.
On September 23rd, 2014, it was uploaded again to a YouTube Various Artists - Topic page, along with all the other songs in the album.
In May 2024, a Reddit user contacted Irwin, who confirmed the backstory he had provided for the song in Songs in the Key of Z was made up. They had never even been dumpster diving. This caused speculation that the song was created specifically for the album to grow.

Lyrics
[Intro]
Curly toes.
[Verse 1]
I'm your curly toes
In pink ribbons and bows
That glitters and glows
To put on a fine show...
[Pre-chorus]
A MIGHTY FINE SHOW!!
FOR A MIGHTY FINE MAN!!
[Chorus]
A mighty fine show!
for my mighty fine man!
It's pink ribbons and bows
And my pantyhose
I'm your curly toes
And pink ribbons and bows
And just for you
Wear my black pantyhose
For you, for you,
Black pantyhose
It's the best of my clothes
My ribbons and bows and black pantyhose
[Pre-chorus]
MY CLOTHING limited
MY BOWS
MY ribbons
MY hose
[Verse 2]
Just for you
My stockings are there,
They're there on the chair
With my legs now so bare.
So bare to see
So bare to touch
So bare to feel
With pantyhose gone
[Chorus]
I'm your curly toes
And pink ribbons and bows
And just for you
No pantyhose
NO pantyhose!?
You said it right!
No pantyhose!
[Bridge]
You called me your cutie
in pantyhose.
You called me your woman
In ribbons and bows.
I'm your woman
Your woman in ribbons and bows.
I'm your woman
Your woman in black pantyhose.
It's ribbons and bows
And black pantyhose
for my man who's a ten
And I call "Little Ben".
He's the greatest of men
My dear Little Ben,
The greatest of men!
[Outro]
A MIGHTY FINE SHOW FOR A MIGHTY FINE MAN.
