Chains Of Love is a formerly unidentified disco/dance-pop song by Swedish singer Q (AKA Robin), however this song was released in the region of Scandinavia.
Search History[]
The song was posted to WatZatSong on June 22nd, 2018 by user Serg67. He didn’t provide any information about where the song came from, and he posted a minute and 17 second long snippet to Vocaroo 2 days later.
Sometime around 2019, the Vocaroo sample got deleted, and user Barni asked if the OP could repost it. He reposted it to Picosong.com on March 9th, 2019. The OP brought up the possibility of it being Chains Of Love by Cory Daye, but it was debunked.
On July 3rd, 2021, user Amatieris brought up the possibility of the song being Chains Of Love by Q, they found the song after searching for songs with the title Chains Of Love on Discogs. User Nonoseacrest linked another song by Q, and the voice sounded very similar.
Later that day, Amatieris contacted someone who was selling a copy of it, and they confirmed that it was the same song. The full song was posted to YouTube on July 10th.

Robin, also known by her stage name Q, is a Swedish singer, songwriter and model.
In 1989, she won a model competition held by a Swedish magazine, which kickstarted her career. The aim was to find a Swedish version of Samantha Fox and the prize was to get to record a single.
In 1989, she released her first single Girl Of Today with three songs:

She has also peformed the song live (Volume warning: moaning)
