"Songs In The Key of Z" is a book published by music historian Irwin Chusid about the curious and wide world of outsider music. In the book, he goes in-depth with various outsider musicians personal lives and careers. Popular examples being The Shaggs, Tiny Tim, Daniel Johnston, and etc. The book also came exclusively with two compilation albums, that span over four volumes and were all compiled by Irwin himself.

However, despite that almost every artist in the two albums were credited for their songs. Some of them were left uncredited and unidentified, and have become lost media since. These include Curly Toes, Moon Pilot, Cruise Around the Planets, Virgin Child of The Universe and Michael Ferrucci.
