The song was posted to WatZatSong by user CentralMuzik on November 22nd, 2021. They said the song was recorded in the 1990s, but didn’t provide any information about where it came from, nor a longer snippet.

On October 14th, 2023, the full song was posted to Vocaroo by user BloostMedia, presumably after the OP sent it to them.

On November 2nd, 2023, CentralMuzik reposted the song to WatZatSong and they said the song was recorded off of a French FM radio station in 1995.
