Search History[]
On July 5th, 2024, the user Niski had discovered the song on a batch of tapes alongside Happy Birthday. There is no information at the current moment on what the batch of tapes were, although it seems to be most likely from America due to the 60z hum in the recordings.
On September 28th, 2024, it was revealed by Niski himself that the song and his other posted songs were hoaxed and the search was staged. It’s possible that Niski got the song from another OP.
On May 23rd, 2025, MistaEgg would recieve some clarification regarding this song from niski. They stated that the song was found on YouTube and they recorded the song onto a tape and made up a fake backstory for it. They found the song in their YouTube History and shared the artist and title of the song to MistaEgg.
Lyrics[]
[Verse 1]
It's easier now, choose to change
Stepping on your toes again
Make some sense, watch it fade away (It's coming fast, can you pave the way?)
It's coming backwards, can you pave the way? (It's coming fast, can you pave the way?)
[Verse 2]
I really thought, this time, it would change
Crawl inside your mind again
You're in yourself, watch it fade away (It's coming fast, can you pave the way?)
It's coming fast, can you pave the way? (It's coming fast, can you pave the way?)
[Outro]
Come and watch it fade away (It's coming fast, can you pave the way?)
Come and watch it fade away (It's coming fast, can you pave the way?)
